Curiosity is the compass — humanity is the anchor. Driven by perspective, depth, and a belief that knowledge grows when shared. Building intelligent systems, one model at a time.
About Me #
Before there was data, there was history and logic — two subjects that taught me how to ask better questions. But my curiosity kept pulling me toward something bigger, and eventually I stopped resisting. Data Science and AI wasn’t a pivot — it was coming home.
That realization took me from Romania to the Netherlands, where I began studying Data Science & AI at Breda University of Applied Sciences. Starting from ground zero in a new country, in a new field, proved something important: getting out of your comfort zone is the hardest and best thing you can do for yourself.
In a way, growth works a lot like machine learning: you don’t start with the answer. You start with a goal, and then you go through every step: shaping an idea, gathering data, preprocessing, building models, analyzing results. Each iteration gets you closer. That’s the journey I’m on, and the one I plan to keep taking.
My main interests lie in computer vision, image recognition, and data analysis, finding patterns where others see noise. But when I’m not debugging a stubborn model, you’ll probably find me on the couch with my cat, a good book, and a puzzle to solve while a podcast plays in the background.
